I like to be busy, so lately I have been really happy cause I haven’t had time to sit down. High School football started a few weeks ago, Tennessee football starts this weekend. I’ve been busy with several assignments from the University of Tennessee and several from newspapers. As you may know, I also teach photojournalism at Pellissippi State Community College and classes started this week. I am teaching two classes now and my observations from the first class are positive. I had several people engaged and had a pretty good discussion, I can’t wait to see some of their work.

I have been really busy lately and can’t wait to share some of those photos with you but many of them have not yet run so they wait for their debut on the blog. I’ve also been busy again covering the University of Tennessee football games. For the second year I am shooting up in the president’s skybox but this year am only doing that for the first half. That allows me to either move on to another shoot that day or walk around and see what I can find that is interesting in a sea of orange, stay tuned for some photos from that too. I am teaching photojournalism again at Pellissippi State Community College. I have some students who are wonderful photographers, they just need some focus so to speak. I’m enjoying teaching it’s a nice break from shooting for a day. I’ll let you know how the class goes as we get further along. And just that quick, I’m back to editing for the rest of the day…

A few days ago I was working on redesigning and rebuilding my website for an easier and better experience. Well in the process I decided to also rework my blog page. I had been tinkering with settings and trying to make it better when I accidentally changed something in one of the databases…ouch! Long story short, I couldn’t find the database that changed, there are several of them that run my site, so my blog is starting over. I reinstalled and am in the process of rebuilding the page and hope to make it better. I will post some of the older posts that I managed to save and will continue to share new photos as they come along.
